Cancelation/Refund Policy


Private Trips

  • For custom trips organized for a family or a small group, full upfront payment is required to confirm the booking.
  • Private custom trips are non cancelable.
  • In rare, compelling, compassionate circumstances, purely at the discretion of Mowgli Expeditions, we shall agree to cancel a booking and try and get refunds from the vendors already paid. All refunds received from the vendors shall be passed on to the participant minus $500 cancelation fees.


Tiered Payments for Group Tours

  • A $500 to $1000 deposit (depending on the trip destination and duration) is required for the booking of the trip.
  • Balance payments are due as per payment schedule announced for the trip.
  • On cancellation by participant, all deposits made shall be forfeited.
