Mowgli Expeditions is a small boutique tour operator specializing in small group tours and private custom tours for those who would like the experience the natural treasures Planet Earth holds! Please be comfortable with our offerings before booking.

• Most of our itinererary involves booking directly with lodges and vehicle operators. While we have stayed at many of the lodges that we put on our itinerary and used many of the vehicle operators we use, experiences especially in Africa and India vary with people and time. Please be sure to let us (and the lodge or vehicle operator) know if something is not as expected and please do work with us and the vendor to get it set right.
• When we make the itinerary, we make some assumptions on availability of certain lodges, activities etc. Once the booking is made by you we start confirming the lodges, transportations and activities etc. We will let you know immediately if something is not available as per the itinerary provided to you. In such cases we will book something similar.
  It is our pledge to not propose a specific lodge or transportation and book something not as good. We shall book alternate lodging only if circumstances dictate so and we shall try our best to book something comparable.
• Travel to Africa, India, Central America has inherent risks. You are hereby advised to get travel Insurance. You shall be responsible for all your medical costs, if any. You agree that Mowgli Expeditions/Bamboo Rustles and its affiliates (and its officers and employees) may not be held liable or responsible in any way for any injury, death or other damages to you, your family, estate, heirs or assigns that may occur as a result of you participation in this tour/custom trip.
• Force Majeure Clause - There may be a variation to the expected course of events due to natural and unavoidable catastrophes and other reasons beyond our control.
